Which browers do you support?

Answer: For taking a Wegmans Opinion Panel survey, we recommend using the following web browsers:

What is Wegmans Opinion Panel?
Answer: Wegmans Opinion Panel consists of our customers who have agreed to participate in ongoing Wegmans surveys as part of their membership. The goal of the panel is to assess our customer’s needs, and to evaluate the services and products we provide in our stores. By participating in this Opinion Panel, you directly influence the direction of future products and services that benefit you.

How does participating in the Wegmans Opinion Panel benefit me?
Answer: As a member of the Opinion Panel, you will have an active role in influencing the direction of future products and services. For every survey you complete, you will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of three, $100 Wegmans gift cards. Odds of winning will depend on the number of surveys that are completed. Each household may only win once per year.

How much of my time will be requested?
Answer: We have tried to make your participation in Wegmans Opinion Panel as convenient as possible. Since these are Internet based surveys, you will be able to take them at a time that is convenient for you. Each survey should take no longer than 15 minutes, where the amount of time it takes to complete the survey is dependent on your answers.

How are my answers to the surveys used?
Answer: Your answers will be used to help guide decisions relating to the products and services we provide at Wegmans. Please be assured that your answers will be kept in the strictest confidence and will never be associated with your name. We will not sell your name or information to any company. Any results that are shown will display the results as an aggregate of how all customers answered the questions on the survey.

Do I need to install any software to view Wegmans Opinion Panel surveys?
Answer: Wegmans Opinion Panel surveys are a web-based application. There is no software to install on your PC. All you need is compatible internet browser.
