Hi--

I just learned about this site from DFW Area Moms internet forum.

My dh and I run a yoga studio here in Dallas, and have two little boys. I spend a LOT of my time working to balance healthy living and eating while staying on a time and money budget. I'm thrilled to have this new resource!
