Hello! I'm Michelle and I live in south western PA - Pittsburgh to be exact. I am slowing working on transitioning to traditional foods eating. My DH is not quite on board, so the steps are very small.

I know how you feel. I'm constantly in a transition, especially with DH. I do the best I can with what I have to work with (financially, mentally, etc.). There's a lot to learn. Take it one step at a time.

With a family member who is not quite on board, it's a good idea to take it one step at a time. It's less overwhelming for both you and them. Definitely feel free to ask questions if you have them, and post if you need advice!
