Do you need help finding foods that comply w/ a special diet?

Or do you have guests coming over that can't have dairy, soy, or wheat etc.? I just found this on the Whole Foods website and thought it was very informative.

The lists consist of foods, manufacturer and name of product, that comply with the special diet you are interested in following. You can print out the list (although it is long) and take it with you to the store. The list I looked at had been updated as recently as Feb. 14, 2008! There's even an email address to help keep the list up to date, which is great.

Great information. I do find my Whole Foods(chicagoland) to be very conscious of food allergy/intolerance issues. They are very helpful and even have signs on most of the gluten-free foods.

THANK YOU! My daughter and I are doing some allergy desensitization work and are totally off dairy, eggs, gluten (me) and citrus (her) and it's been really hard to know what to eat.
