Default stacking coupons?

Can coupons be stacked at Whole Foods?

For example, some of the "back to school" booklets that are out right now have coupons for Annie's products. Since they say "redeemable only at Whole Foods", I'm assuming they are considered store coupons.

If I have a manufacturer's coupon from Annie's, can I stack it with the store coupon and get the larger discount? I know other grocery stores will let you combine store and manufacturer's coupons, but I've never tried this at Whole Foods.

It depends. What is the first number or letter of the barcode of the "only at WF" coupon?

They appear to all have zeroes at the beginning of their barcodes.

It should be OK then. Manufacturer's coupons usually start with a 5 or a 9. I'd run it by their customer service just to double check. I don't shop WF much.

Just an update... I was able to stack my Annie's manufacturer's coupon with the Annie's WF coupon today... it made my mac & cheese only 25 cents (they're on sale 4/$5)!!

Yeah, they had them either hanging or displayed at various places in the store. The info desk may have them, or you might find them near endcap displays of back-to-school items (like applesauce cups, etc.). I found some near the deli counter too.

I may not be able to take advantage of this deal (I'm sorely lacking in organic coupons, and I have a huge stockpile of non-organics I need to burn through first), but I will have to remember this for the future. Thank you!!
