A Wander Through Whole Foods...

I was able to take a detour on my way home yesteday and stopped at the new (fairly new) Whole Foods in Paramus, NJ. I'm rarely near a WF, so it was a treat just taking a meander through the store and seeing what caught my eye. While the markets I usually shop all have an organic and natural section, it's usually limited to one or two small aisles. I love having so many choices at a place like Whole Foods.

This location has a bulk section (the Whole Foods in NYC that I've been to don't) with really good prices. And since I was in NJ, I was able to add a bottle of wine to my shopping cart

(the only alcohol permitted in NY supermarkets are beer and wine-cooler-type drinks).

Best of all, this Whole Foods is about 15 minutes away from a Trader Joe's, so I was able to get the best of both on one shopping trip!

Isn't it fun? I only get a chance to stop at Whole Foods *maybe* once a month. Since most of my shopping is at "regular" stores, it's almost sensory overload when I get to shop at WF!
