I shop at Whole Foods! I don't make it there every week, but the sale lists are helpful when I am able to go.

Thanks for your comments. Glad to know the lists are helpful. Looks like every once in awhile there are some really cheap deals there. The $.17 rice noodles this week are great!

I make the hour and a half drive (one way) to one every 3-4 months so what's on sale doesn't really help me.

I shop at Whole Foods and Trader Joe's only and I would love to know how to save. I just joined this group yesterday. Where is this list that you speak of?
